Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Chicken Road (the "Game") and the website gochickenroadfun.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Game or Website.

Virtual Items and Currency

The Game may include virtual items, currency, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• You do not own Virtual Items; you are granted a limited license to use them within the Game
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without liability
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game and Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Featherlight Games Studio or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Game or Website without our prior written consent.

The Game and Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Featherlight Games Studio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Featherlight Games Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Game or Website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game and Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game and Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game or Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milano, Italy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
